Where we ship

Veluna currently offers shipping to addresses in the United States. Available shipping methods and the final charge are shown at checkout. Our current standard option is “Standard Insured Shipping” at $4.99.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders typically take 2–3 business days to process before shipment. After dispatch, estimated delivery within the United States is 7–15 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; weekends, holidays, carrier delays, and unusual demand may affect timing.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will email a tracking number after your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first update. If you have not received tracking information or need help with a shipment, use our contact form and include your order number.

Address changes and missing packages

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately; we cannot guarantee a change once fulfillment begins. If we shipped to an incorrect address because of our error, we will work to correct it at no additional charge. If a package appears lost, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a suitable resolution.

Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe stated for your order, we will contact you with the revised timing and available options, including cancellation and a refund where required by law.
